A car in China was swallowed by ivy after being abandoned in a parking space in 2012.

The blue auto was nicknamed "Zombie Car" after the image below went viral. The car was eventually towed, but the vines were left intact when police decided they were too much work to remove.

As NBC News adds:

In China, abandoned cars are known colloquially as “jiangshiche,” or “zombie cars.” But the Huayang example, hidden almost completely by leaves, quickly became the most famous zombie car in China, with pictures circulated on social media.
