There is a Brazilian mascot for testicular cancer known as Mr. Balls.

The Brazilian cancer foundation AAPEC reported that Mr. Balls “drew everyone’s attention” at a recent event, with many visitors posing with photos alongside the mascot. “Both children and adults loved taking pictures with the AAPEC mascot, a friendly snowman in the shape of testicles.”
While Mr. Balls is something of a novelty, his mission is more serious: reminding men to check themselves for testicular cancer.
