In 2007, an off-duty sheriff’s deputy was charged with DUI after being pulled over twice by her husband, who was also a Sheriff’s Deputy.
After a night of drinking, deputy Charlotte Moore of Elko Nevada was pulled over by her husband Sheriff’s Deputy Mike Moore.
Charlotte left the first stop before her husband could administer a breathalyzer test, which resulted in the man pulling his wife over a second time – and calling for backup. The woman was charged with driving under the influence and placed on paid administrative leave.
