This image shows an amazing shot of a night sky filled with floating lanterns.
The photo captures the Loy Krathong Festival and Yi Peng event in Chiang Mai, Thailand. These annual events occur around November of each year. The lanterns (known as khom loi) are released into the air and are thought to resemble florescent jellyfish floating through the night sky. The lanterns are made of thin paper with a candle or small fuel cell attached. The hot air trapped in the lantern allows it to float.
