8 Studies show that tablets in the classroom improve grades.
Since the iPad was released in April 2010, several studies have shown that tablets have a positive effect on students. For example:
A 2012 Pearson Foundation survey found that over 60% of high school seniors and college students felt that that tablets helped them study more efficiently and perform better in classes.
MobiHealthNews cited a study that showed UC Irvine University medical students equipped with iPads scored 23% percent higher on national exams than unequipped students.
